This is a favorite in Italy and all over the world.
The ingredients are; Champignon mushrooms, black olives, black truffles (tuber aestivum), olive oil, salt, herbs, spices and flavorings. (Product of Italy)
Try it on toast or mix some with sour cream as a dip. You will not believe your taste buds. I have never tasted anything like it before.
To make a great sauce for pasta or rice, mix one tablespoon Black Truffle Tapenade, one tablespoon cream, and 1/2 cup water or milk; warm over low heat and serve over pasta.
