We are a family owned business located in a small town called Pistol River which is on the beautiful Oregon coast about 25 miles north of California. We started our farm with dried mushrooms, mushroom seasonings, and gourmet foods in March of 1999. In October, we completed the first growing room for fresh Shiitake mushrooms and are busy building our second growing room as you read this. In addition to carrying 7 different varieties of dried mushrooms we make 4 types of mushroom seasonings right here at the farm. These seasonings receive high praise and are becoming an important part of many residential and commercial kitchens. We also carry a few gourmet foods at this time.
